It does not hold funds or assets, execute or settle trades, or take title. All transactions occur directly between members, off-platform.

Nothing on the Platform — including prices, market intelligence, AI matches, scores, or rationales — is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or an offer, solicitation, or recommendation. Information may be indicative, delayed, incomplete, or sourced from third parties, and is provided without warranty. Make decisions with your own qualified advisers.
Do your own due diligence
Membership and verification reflect a KYC/onboarding process; they are not a guarantee of any counterparty's identity, legitimacy, solvency, authority, or performance, nor of any commodity, document, fund, or deal. You are responsible for verifying counterparties and transactions yourself.
Risk warning
Trading in commodities (including gold and petroleum products) and in virtual assets is high-risk and may not be suitable for everyone; you may lose substantial sums. Cross-border commodity deals carry fraud, sanctions, delivery, title, and financing risks. Virtual assets are volatile and may be restricted or unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Sanctions & compliance
Members must comply with all applicable AML and sanctions laws (UN, US/OFAC, EU, UK, Oman). NICOMTRADE screens members and may decline, suspend, or report any matter. Given its ownership, US sanctions law may apply to certain dealings.
Jurisdiction
The Platform is intended for eligible business users where lawful. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where access or the relevant service would be contrary to law or require a license NICOMTRADE does not hold.
